What is the timeframe for your service?
Upon receipt of your form, we will generally find you an attorney match within 2-3 hours. At that point, we will email you your attorney’s information, and can generally arrange for your free divorce case evaluation within 24 hours, or if need be same-day.
What are the costs involved?
Our service is completely free! We have also pre-negotiated very reasonable attorney fees between you and your lawyer. For an uncontested divorce, the cost is usually around $1,000. For a contested divorce, your attorney will generally require a $2,500 retainer, and the billable rate is $250/hour. Most other divorce lawyers in Georgia charge $350/hour or more.
